Moulds for pillars

The cross section can be square, rectangular, polygonal or more complicated. It can be constant in shape and size, or variable. The pillar is normally equipped with shelves and / or capitals that are casted in once with the element (in case of a standard design) or subsequently applied in special cases.

Two categories of pillars can be distinguished:

• Single level pillars generally used for industrial buildings characterized by the presence of only one level of shelves on one or two sides for supporting the overhead crane beams.
• Multilevel pillars with multiple level of shelves and / or capitals that may be present on all sides of the element.

Novatec moulds are designed and manufactured taking into consideration this great variability. We can supply systems of any length, single or double channel, with the possibility of adding / removing the number of shelves and varying their size. In addition, it is possible to modify measures such as width, height and length of the product and to integrate, as desired, the vibration system (pneumatic or electric) and the heating and insulation system.
