The carousel plant provided by Novatec allows for the production of various prefabricated elements such as panels, slabs, and cover plates. This system is designed to achieve maximum industrialization of production, enhancing efficiency and minimizing manual labour ensuring a daily production output up to 1.000 sq. mt.  Unlike traditional methods where materials are moved to different workstations, this innovative technology keeps the various processing stations and related machines in fixed positions, while the formworks are moved through the stations. This setup enables personnel to specialize in specific production phases, optimizing their skills and reducing errors.

High Degree of Automation: The carousel plant incorporates a high degree of automation, ensuring a smooth and continuous production flow. The integration of automated systems for different production stages—such as concrete pouring, reinforcement placement, and insulation application—significantly increases production speed and ensures consistent quality across all prefabricated elements.
